Iceland Foods Ltd in Dungannon is seeking a committed part-time Duty Manager who will also perform Retail Assistant duties, with a £2 per hour supplement when you run shifts. Key responsibilities include maximising profitability, delivering great customer availability, leading the team on shift, planning the roster, and upholding cash handling and store security processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail management or supervisory role is ideal but not essential.
• Communicates effectively with colleagues to deliver store tasks.
• Plans and organises the shift, using every team member.
• Provides balanced feedback to improve performance on shift.
• Sets the pace of the team while on shift to deliver a great store.

Responsibilities

• Maximise profit by delivering great availability for customers.
• Sell a £1 & save a £1 to drive sales and meet store targets.
• Deliver on actions set by the line manager.
