Job summary

Iceland Foods Ltd in Enniskillen is seeking a part-time Duty Manager to support store operations and customer service. You will work as a Retail Assistant during shifts and receive a £2 per hour supplement when managing the store, with base pay between £11.60 and £12.71 per hour.

Key duties include delivering great availability, driving sales, leading a small team, and ensuring cash handling and security policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Communicates effectively with every colleague to deliver store tasks first time, every time.
• Plans and organises the shift, using every member of the team.
• Provides balanced feedback to improve performance of every colleague.
• Leads by example to deliver a great store on shift.

Responsibilities

• Maximise profit with strong product availability and drive sales.
• Engage, develop & retain great people; support store team and Talking Shop Rep.
• Follow cash handling and security policies and processes; ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Deliver the best digital service through One Best Way processes.
• Lead the team on shift to deliver excellent customer service and store standards.
