Job summary

The Range in Stevenage is seeking a Duty Manager to support day-to-day store operations, coach colleagues and maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Deputy, lead by example on the shop floor, monitor health & safety, stock movements and promotions, and ensure efficient opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail supervision or as a team leader.
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to lead by example.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shop floor teams and coach colleagues to perform at their best.
• Oversee daily store operation including merchandising, health & safety and compliance.
• Ensure high standards of customer experience and store presentation.
• Support opening/closing procedures and stock control.
