Job summary

The Range in Sheffield is seeking a Duty Manager to support day-to-day store operations, deliver outstanding customer experiences and lead a high-performing team on the shop floor.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager to ensure service excellence, maintain merchandising standards, compliance and health & safety, and coach colleagues to perform at their best in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail supervisory or management.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop colleagues.
• Strong customer service focus and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and customer service standards.
• Lead and motivate team on the shop floor with coaching.
• Ensure stock levels and merchandising standards are maintained.
• Maintain health and safety and store compliance.
