Job summary

The Range is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to support the day-to-day running of our busy Harrogate store. You will work with the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences, maintain store standards and coach colleagues to perform at their best.

You will oversee daily operations, ensuring strong service, merchandising, safety compliance and team performance, while leading on-the-floor execution and policy adherence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail supervisory, team leader or management experience.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to motivate and support colleagues.
• Hands-on and flexible approach.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced retail environment.
