Job summary

The Range in Bridgwater is seeking a Duty Manager to support the day-to-day running of our busy retail store. You will work with the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high store standards.

In this role you will oversee daily operations, coach colleagues, and ensure compliance with health & safety, merchandising and stock management policies in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, hands-on leader will thrive here.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the store with focus on customer service, merchandising, compliance, health & safety and team performance.
• Lead store colleagues on the shop floor, provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Maintain high store standards, ensure opening/closing procedures and stock movement are executed.
• Support security procedures, EPOS and pricing compliance.
