Excel Recruitment is assisting a leading Ireland-based big-box retailer in Ballymena to recruit a Retail Duty Manager. You will own daily store operations, manage a large team, and drive outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You're expected to lead stock, merchandising, staffing, and compliance while championing service quality. A customer-first mindset, strong leadership, and resilience are essential for success in this role.
