Halfords in Twickenham is seeking a part-time department supervisor to help run the day-to-day operations and coach team members. You’ll work on the shop floor, ensuring customers receive excellent service and that standards are maintained across the department.

You will focus on delivering great customer experiences, supporting store targets, and developing your career within Halfords’ Retail division, with leadership opportunities as you progress.

Qualifications

• Supervising or leading a small team.
• Delivering great customer service in retail or services.
• Delivering on the job training / coaching to others.
• Working to tight deadlines with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ideally have some knowledge in motoring or cycling; training provided.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day running of a department and support store management.
• Supervise and coach team members to maintain market-leading standards.
• Take key holder responsibilities and follow security and stock-loss procedures.
• Contribute to a culture of excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Support career development and training across the store team.
