Halfords in Liverpool is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant to help run a department and lead a small team. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service, coach colleagues, and help hit sales targets while keeping store standards high.

You’ll share key holder responsibilities, follow security procedures, and participate in training to grow into a management path within our motoring and cycling retail network. A passion for customers and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a small team.
• Experience delivering great customer service in a retail or service environment.
• Experience delivering on-the-job training / coaching to others.
• Experience working to tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Desirable knowledge in motoring or cycling; training provided.
