Mole Valley Farmers Limited is seeking a friendly Customer Service Assistant to join our Retail team in Piercebridge. This full-time role focuses on delivering outstanding service, assisting with stock management, and supporting product availability to create an exceptional shopping experience.

You will work 40 hours per week in a busy retail environment, with training provided to you. The role emphasises customer-first values, teamwork and a proactive approach to store success.

Qualifikationen

• Strong retail disciplines and a passion for customer service.
• Good IT skills and the ability to manage systems accurately.
• Awareness of Health & Safety and GDPR compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, enthusiastic and approachable attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.

Aufgaben

• Delivering excellent customer service that is friendly, respectful and solution-focused.
• Supporting the store team in maximising sales opportunities through product knowledge.
• Taking ownership of a designated department and driving sales through merchandising and promotions.
• Reviewing stock levels and adjusting seasonally to meet customer needs.
• Processing goods inwards and maintaining stock file accuracy.
• Ensuring visual merchandising standards are met and the store is well-presented.
• Becoming proficient in cash handling and following company procedures.
• Working in line with health and safety guidelines and GDPR compliance.
