Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our fast-paced retail team. You will help customers, stock shelves, process payments and maintain the store's appearance.

You’ll learn to deliver excellent service, follow safety procedures, clock in/out accurately, and support shift coverage when needed, including potential Post Office Local duties if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and replenish stock as needed.
• Process customer payments accurately at the till and via other payment methods.
• Maintain a clean, tidy store appearance and safe shopping environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and help customers with their needs.
• Clock in and out accurately and follow shift procedures.
• Follow safety policies and security procedures at all times.
• Support store operations across all areas, including during busy periods.
• In some cases, assist with Post Office Local duties if applicable.
