Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is hiring a Customer Service Assistant for our fast-paced retail environment where no day is the same. You will play a key role in daily store operations by providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments and helping maintain the store’s appearance.

You’ll be customer-centric, seeking ways to improve service through on-the-job coaching and feedback, clocking in and out accurately, and working across all store areas.

• Experience in customer service in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Stock shelves and maintain store appearance.
• Process payments at tills and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist across store areas including online, tills, replenishment and stock routines.
• Follow safety procedures and Think 25 policy for age-restricted products.
• Clock in and out to ensure accurate pay and help run shifts when needed.
• Support Post Office Local duties if applicable and pass required background checks.
