Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will play a key role in store operations, delivering excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments and helping maintain the store’s appearance.

You will help improve service through on-the-job coaching and feedback, ensuring a safe and welcoming store for customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple store areas and shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and process payments to support store operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and help maintain store appearance.
• Assist with training and guidance to ensure safe working practices.
• Support shifts in the absence of a Shift Leader or Store Manager.
• Follow security procedures and post office checks if applicable.
