Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our fast-paced retail team. You will engage with customers, stock shelves, process payments and help maintain a welcoming store environment.

You’ll contribute to service improvements through on-the-job coaching, work across tills, replenishment, online orders and store presentation, and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is beneficial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the till and on the shop floor
• Stock shelves and maintain store appearance
• Process payments accurately and handle transactions
• Assist with online orders, replenishment and store operations
