Job summary

Betfred Group Holdings Limited is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager for our UK retail shops. You will support day-to-day customer service, manage bets and product knowledge while upholding responsible gambling standards.

A structured training programme will help you settle in quickly and prepare you to open/close the shop as part of the leadership team. We value 18+ staff with flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays, and a passion for sports and gaming.

Qualifications

• Be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to engage all customers.
• A passion for sports, betting and gaming is beneficial but not essential.
• An eagerness to learn, develop and flourish within the Betfred family.

• Processing customers’ bets in a timely and attentive manner.
• Attending to all customer queries quickly and knowledgeably.
• Engaging customers with expert knowledge of our products and promotions.
• Supporting key promotional events throughout the sporting calendar.
