Job summary

Betfred Group Holdings Limited is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to lead in our retail shops across the UK, delivering friendly, expert service and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.

You'll process bets, answer queries, promote products and promotions, support events, and help maintain a well-presented shop. Training will equip you to open/close the shop and progress within the Betfred family. We promote safer gambling and teamwork to ensure an enjoyable customer experience.

Qualifications

• Be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to engage all customers.
• A passion for sports, betting and gaming is beneficial but not essential.
• An eagerness to learn, develop and flourish within the Betfred family.

Responsibilities

• Processing customers’ bets in a timely and attentive manner.
• Attending to all customer queries quickly and knowledgeably.
• Engaging customers with expert knowledge of our products and promotions.
• Supporting key promotional events throughout the sporting calendar.
• Maintaining a well-presented environment which customers love to be a part of.
• Being a team player – collaboration is key to improving the customer experience.
• Handling cash transactions with accuracy.
