Betfred Group Holdings Limited is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager for our UK retail shops. You will help process bets, answer queries, and promote our sports and gaming products.

You’ll support promotional events and maintain a welcoming, compliant shop environment while collaborating with colleagues to enhance the customer experience. The role requires strong customer service, flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and a mature, responsible approach to gambling safety.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to engage all customers.
• Be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Processing customers’ bets in a timely and attentive manner.
