Job summary

Entain Group is hiring a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead daily customer service excellence in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will be part of the Shop team delivering service, building customer relationships and driving repeat business.

You will take bets, handle cash, demonstrate products, resolve customer issues with empathy, and work toward targets while maintaining high shop standards and opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or over to work in one of our betting shops.
• Previous work in a customer-facing setting.
• Confidence working with customers in person.
• Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions.

Responsibilities

• Take bets on different sports and events.
• Process customer transactions including cash handling.
• Help demonstrate our products and betting terminals to customers.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
• Work towards defined targets.
• Maintain high shop standards.
• Open or close the shop.
