Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume retail customer service.
• Ability to process payments accurately.
• Stock management and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Know customers and serve with passion and pride.
• Encourage customer feedback via surveys.
• Work across all store areas including online, tills, replenishment, vending, and stock routines.
• Apply training to work safely.
• Participate in seasonal and community events.
• Understand store performance and contribute to profitability.
• Follow company values and policies.
• Clock in/out to ensure accurate pay.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Follow Think 25 when serving age-restricted products.
• Respond quickly to assistance calls on self-checkouts.
• Keep aisles tidy and store clean.
• May run shift in absence of supervisor.
• Follow training to keep everyone safe and legal.
• If this store has a Post Office Local, pass background checks.
