• Working across store areas including online, tills, replenishment and stock routines.
• Applying training to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Participating in community and in-store events to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Following store policies and safeguarding colleagues and customers.
• Clocking in/out accurately to ensure correct pay for hours worked.
• Adhering to security procedures and using safety equipment as available.
• If the store has a Post Office Local, duties include post office operations and background checks.
