Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is hiring a Customer Service Assistant for a fast-paced retail environment. You will help with daily store operations, provide excellent customer service, stock shelves, process payments and maintain a welcoming store appearance.

You will contribute to improving service through on-the-job coaching and feedback while ensuring safety and compliance, including potential shift leadership responsibilities when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail customer service.
• Ability to handle cash and payments accurately.
• Comfort working across store areas and supporting team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers.
• Stock shelves and ensure the store is tidy and appealing.
• Process payments and operate tills.
• Maintain store appearance and safety standards.
• Take part in coaching and feedback to improve service.
• May run shifts in absence of supervisor; follow policies and procedures.
