Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to join our fast-paced retail team. You will be at the heart of store operations, delivering friendly service, stocking shelves, processing payments and keeping the store welcoming and tidy.

You’ll learn on the job, take part in shift coverage when needed and contribute to a safe, compliant shopping environment for customers and colleagues. No two days are the same in this role.

Qualifications

• Customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to engage with customers and provide help.
• Willingness to learn and follow store policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers at the tills.
• Stock shelves and maintain store appearance.
• Process payments and ensure accurate checkout operations.
• Support across store activities to meet customer needs.
• Follow safety procedures and clock in/out for shifts.
