Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host in Witney for a 4-hour contract with weekend availability. You will work within the Retail team, delivering an exceptional customer experience, presenting products to customers, and supporting in-store operations and events.

You will help drive sales through friendly, engaging service, using multichannel shopping options and maintaining visual standards across the shop. Prior retail experience is beneficial, and you will be part of a proactive team.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Able to work in a team and support colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Meeting the A.C.E pillars (Be Friendly, Be Inspiring and Be Invaluable) throughout the Customer Journey.
• Promoting multichannel shopping using the mobile POS to show products across channels and create orders.
• Engaging customers by signing them up to email newsletters and sending e-receipts in line with data protection regulations.
• Assisting in events including Customer Event and preview evenings.
• Maintaining high visual standards instore and supporting floor moves and replenishment.
• Processing deliveries and ensuring stock is replenished on the shop floor; support stocktakes.
• Fulfilling ship-from-store and Click + Collect processes efficiently.
• Understanding and complying with Health & Safety procedures in store.
• Maintaining professional relationships with internal teams and visitors.
• Active participation in team briefs and local store routines.
