Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a part-time Customer Host for a 4-hour contract, weekend availability may be required. You’ll join the Retail team, reporting to the Shop Manager, and work to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll handle in-store presentation, stock replenishment and multichannel shopping, engaging customers and supporting events and promotions. The role emphasizes friendly, inspiring service, in-store visuals, and adherence to health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Meeting the A.C.E pillars (Be Friendly, Be Inspiring and Be Invaluable) throughout the Customer Journey.
• Product Presentation and Visual Standards: Maintain high visual standards in store; assist with floor moves, displays, replenishment.
• Shop Operations: Process deliveries, replenish products, support stock takes, use multichannel tools and fulfill Click + Collect.
• Team collaboration: Be a team player, participate in briefs and follow health and safety procedures.
