Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host to join our team on a 4-hour contract with weekend availability. You will deliver friendly, helpful service and help create an inspiring in-store experience.

You’ll work with the Shop Manager to support stock, events, promotions and daily shop operations while upholding visual standards and health & safety guidelines. Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver friendly, helpful service.
• Support stock replenishment, floor moves and displays.
• Assist in events, promotions and email sign-ups.
• Process deliveries and ensure products are available on the shop floor.
