White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host to join our retail team on a 4-hour contract with weekend availability. You will engage customers, present our products with flair, and contribute to an outstanding high-street experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experience, aligning with ACE pillars.
• Promote multichannel shopping and assist with phone/in-store transactions.
• Support with stock replenishment, visual standards and store operations.
• Assist in events and promotions and engage customers about promotions.
