Job summary

White Stuff in Banbury is seeking a Customer Host to join our Retail team on a 4-hour weekend contract. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience and embody our brand values.

You will engage with customers, support stock replenishment, maintain visual standards, assist with deliveries and Click + Collect, and help run events and promotions. A friendly, proactive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and store goals.
• Support multichannel shopping and use POS to process transactions.
• Promote promotions and loyalty sign-ups while protecting customer data.
• Assist in events, promotions and daily store routines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high visual standards in-store and support stock replenishment.
• Process deliveries and ensure products are available on the shop floor.
• Assist with stock takes and Click + Collect processes as needed.
• Engage customers, sign up for newsletters and share brand stories.
• Work as a team to ensure health & safety and store compliance.
