Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host for a 4-hour weekend contract to join our in-store Retail team. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, sign customers up to newsletters, and help drive sales while maintaining visual standards.

You will report to the Shop Manager, support events and promotions, and assist with stock replenishment, stock takes, and multichannel processes such as Click + Collect. A friendly, proactive team player is essential.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Shop Manager and sit within our Retail team.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences aligning with the A.C.E pillars: Be Friendly, Be Inspiring, Be Invaluable.
• Support in events, promotions and sign-ups to newsletters to drive sales.
• Maintain high visual standards, assist with stock replenishment and floor moves.
• Handle stock takes, ship-from-store and Click + Collect processes.
