Job summary

White Stuff in Colchester is seeking a Customer Host on a 4-hour contract with weekend availability. You will sit in the Retail team and focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting shop operations and visual standards.

You'll help drive sales through multichannel awareness, use the mPOS to assist customers across channels, and participate in events and stock replenishment. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Meeting the A.C.E pillars throughout the Customer Journey.
• Promoting multichannel shopping using the mPOS and creating endless aisle orders.
• Engaging customers with our brand and signing up emails, tagging purchases, and sending e-receipts.
• Assisting in events including Customer Event and preview evenings.
• Maintaining high visual standards instore and assisting with floor moves and replenishment.
• Processing deliveries and stocktakes, and supporting stock management processes.
• Using company resources to engage with customers and comply with daily/weekly actions.
• Being a team player and participating in team briefs.
