White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor on a 12-hour contract in the UK. You will work with the Shop Manager to deliver outstanding shop standards, train and develop the team, and ensure a top-class customer experience across all channels.

You will lead by example in coaching, stock management, promotions, and store operations while upholding our brand values and supporting wellbeing initiatives within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and coaching retail teams.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Understanding of GDPR/data protection in customer interactions.
• Experience with visual merchandising and stock replenishment.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example to coach the team for excellent customer service.
• Promote customer data protection in all purchases and signups.
• Champion multichannel shopping and endless aisle awareness.
• Maintain high visual standards and floor moves.
• Make commercial decisions on stock and promotions.
• Lead team briefs in management absence and drive KPI awareness.
• Organise staff processes and support wellbeing initiatives.
