Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor to support the Shop Manager and the Retail team in delivering an outstanding customer experience on the high street.

You will lead visual standards, manage stock and promotions, coordinate team briefs, and help develop colleagues while upholding brand values and shop efficiency.

This 24-hour contract may require weekend availability, with benefits including a quarterly bonus, generous holiday allowance, staff discounts and pension.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Shop Manager and support the Retail team to deliver customer experience.
• Maintain high visual standards instore and manage floor moves, displays and replenishment.
• Drive sales by making commercial decisions and coordinating promotions.
• Lead team briefs in the manager's absence and motivate staff to hit targets.
• Organise shop operations, rotas via Rotageek and daily/weekly tasks.
• Oversee stock deliveries, stocktakes, and accurate reconciliation.
• Ensure health and safety procedures and store compliance.
• Promote brand values and support wellbeing initiatives.
• Support training and development of the team.
