Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host on a 4-hour contract with weekend availability. You will work in-store, delivering exceptional customer experiences, presenting products and assisting customers with multichannel shopping.

You’ll report to the Shop Manager as part of the Retail team, upholding brand standards and contributing to KPIs. Benefits include discounts and employee perks, with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• You’ll be passionate about Retail and Fashion.
• You will have the determination to go the extra mile and provide the best customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Shop Manager and sit within our Retail team.
• Meet the ACE pillars and work to improve shop KPIs.
• Promote multichannel shopping using the mPOS and create endless aisle orders.
• Engage customers by signing them up to email newsletters and processing receipts.
• Inform customers about promotions to help increase sales.
• Assist in events such as Customer Event and preview evenings.
