Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host on a 4-hour weekend contract to deliver outstanding in-store experiences. You will work as part of the Retail team, reporting to the Shop Manager, and help customers through channel-enabled shopping and events.

You will champion the brand’s ACE pillars, maintain visual standards, and support stock management, deliveries, and customer communications while upholding health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Shop Manager and sit within the Retail team.
• Meet the A.C.E pillars (Be Friendly, Be Inspiring and Be Invaluable) throughout the Customer Journey.
• Promote multichannel shopping using the mPOS and create endless aisle orders.
• Engage customers by signing them up to newsletters and sending e-receipts in line with data protection regulations.
• Assist with promotions and discounts to inform customers and increase sales.
• Support events such as Customer Event and preview evenings.
• Maintain high visual standards instore and support with floor moves, displays and replenishment.
• Process deliveries, stock replenishment, and stocktakes; manage ship from store and Click + Collect.
