Job summary

White Stuff, a UK fashion retailer, is seeking a Customer Host for a 4-hour contract with weekend availability. You’ll join our Retail team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, drive sales, and maintain visual standards across the shop.

You will report to the Shop Manager and play a key role in multichannel customers’ journeys, email signups, and engagement with promotions, while upholding our brand values and health & safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and passionate about Retail and Fashion.
• Ability to work in a team and create a great customer experience.
• Willingness to work weekends and adapt to a 4-hour contract.

Responsibilities

• Meeting the ACE pillars (Be Friendly, Be Inspiring and Be Invaluable) throughout the customer journey.
• Understanding shop KPIs and helping to improve them.
• Promoting multichannel shopping using mPOS to show products across channels.
• Engaging customers with the brand and encouraging email signups.
• Supporting events and promotions and maintaining visual standards.
