Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our fast-paced retail team. In this role you will help deliver excellent customer service, stock shelves, process payments and keep the store looking welcoming.

You will be at the heart of everyday store operations, looking for ways to improve service on the job, work across tills, online orders, replenishment and stock routines, and support a safe, inclusive shopping environment for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers.
• Stock shelves and process payments as part of daily tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming store environment.
• Follow store policies including security procedures.
