Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor in Ilkley for a part-time 16-hour contract, with weekend availability likely required. You will support the Shop Manager to deliver outstanding customer experience, drive visual and commercial standards, and train the team to uphold brand values.

You will lead by example on the shop floor, coach staff, and promote multichannel shopping. A strong focus on KPIs, stock, and customer service will be essential to daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Leading by example and coaching the team to deliver excellent customer service in line with the ACE pillars.
• Promoting and collecting customer information for email sign-ups and data protection.
• Introducing customers to multichannel shopping and Endless Aisle orders.
• Maintaining high in-store visual standards and supporting floor moves and displays.
• Making commercial decisions with stock, promotions and KPIs awareness.
• Leading team briefs in management absence to motivate and achieve targets.
