Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers is seeking a friendly Customer Service Assistant in Buckingham to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will support stock management, assist customers, and help sustain strong store presentation, with full training provided.

Role is permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment that values customer-first service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high-quality customer service.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and product placement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in a friendly, respectful, and solution-focused manner.
• Support store team in maximizing sales opportunities through product knowledge.
• Take ownership of a designated department and drive sales through merchandising and promotions.
• Review stock levels and adjust seasonally to meet customer needs.
• Process goods inwards and maintain stock file accuracy.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation are maintained.
• Be proficient in cash handling and follow company procedures.
• Work in line with health & safety guidelines and GDPR compliance.
