Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers Limited in Basingstoke is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for a permanent part-time role, 5.5 hours per week, Sunday work, with a pay rate of £10.85 to £12.71 per hour.

You will deliver friendly, customer-focused service, support product presentation and stock availability, and help with merchandising while following health & safety and GDPR guidelines. Full training is provided and benefits include pension matching, staff discounts, and parking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in a friendly, respectful, and solution-focused manner
• Support store team to maximise sales through product knowledge
• Take ownership of a designated department and drive sales via merchandising and promotions
• Review stock levels and adjust seasonally to meet customer needs
• Process goods inwards and maintain stock file accuracy
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation
• Handle cash and follow company procedures
• Follow health & safety guidelines and GDPR compliance
