Job summary

Worldwiders is seeking a French-speaking Client Services expert to join our retail excellence programme. You will be the direct link between the UK Hub, market client and in-market partner agency, managing campaigns and service delivery with strong language and commercial focus.

You will track budgets, KPIs and stakeholder communications in the relevant market language while collaborating across teams to drive performance and growth across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal.
• Experience in account management or customer-facing roles across European markets.
• Willing to travel and stay away in market for several nights per week.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key link between UK hub, market client and in-market partner agency.
• Manage client campaigns, requests, projects and end-to-end service delivery.
• Provide clear client updates and stakeholder communication in market language.
• Track budgets, SLAs and KPIs to drive commercial excellence and service improvement.
• Influence and collaborate across teams and clients to drive growth.
• Identify growth and best-practice opportunities across the EMEA Hub.

We are looking for a Frenchspeaking Client Services expert to join our client's retail excellence programme, acting as the direct link between the UK Hub, local market client and in-market partner agency. You’ll manage client activity, campaigns and service delivery across your market portfolio, using your language skills and commercial focus to build trust, drive performance and deliver brilliant retail execution.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

• Act as the key link between the UK Hub, market client and in-market partner agency
• Manage client campaigns, requests, projects and end-to-end service delivery
• Provide clear client updates and stakeholder communication in the relevant market language
• Track budgets, SLAs and KPIs to drive commercial excellence and service improvement
• Influence, inspire and collaborate across teams, agencies and client stakeholders
• Identify growth, innovation and best-practice opportunities across the EMEA Hub

ARE YOU OUR CLIENT'S PERFECT PARTNER?

• Fluent in English & French, both written and verbal
• Previous account management or customer-facing experience, ideally across European markets
• Able to travel and stay away from home in market for much of the working week (1-3 nights depending on the need and season)
• Strong commercial awareness, critical thinking and confidence managing budgets and KPIs
• Excellent relationship building skills across multicultural, multi-market teams
• Proactive, resilient and confident managing multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders

• Competitive Salary: £44,000 - £55,000 Per Annum + 20% Bonus
