Job summary

Worldwiders Recruitment seeks a German speaking Client Services expert to join our client's retail excellence programme in the UK. You will act as the direct link between the UK Hub, market client and in-market partner agency, managing campaigns and service delivery across your market portfolio.

Fluent in English and German, you will track budgets and KPIs, build trusted relationships across multicultural teams, and be willing to travel 1–3 nights per week as needed to deliver outstanding retail

Qualifications

• Fluent in English & German, written and verbal.
• Previous account management or customer-facing experience, ideally across European markets.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home in market for much of the working week (1-3 nights).
• Strong commercial awareness, critical thinking and confidence managing budgets and KPIs.
• Excellent relationship-building across multicultural, multi-market teams.
• Proactive, resilient and confident managing multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key link between the UK Hub, market client and in-market partner agency
• Manage client campaigns, requests, projects and end-to-end service delivery
• Provide clear client updates and stakeholder communication in the relevant market language
• Track budgets, SLAs and KPIs to drive commercial excellence and service improvement
• Influence, inspire and collaborate across teams, agencies and client stakeholders
• Identify growth, innovation and best-practice opportunities across the EMEA Hub
