Job summary

Blue Square seeks a bilingual English/German EMEA Client Services expert to join our retail excellence programme. You will act as the direct link between the UK Hub, market client, and in-market partner agency, managing campaigns and service delivery across your market portfolio.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English & German, both written and verbal
• Previous accounts management or customer-facing experience across European markets
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home in market for much of the working week
• Strong commercial awareness, critical thinking and confidence managing budgets and KPIs
• Excellent relationship building across multicultural, multi-market teams
• Proactive, resilient and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Act as the key link between the UK Hub, market client and in-market partner agency
• Manage client campaigns, requests, projects and end-to-end service delivery
• Provide clear client updates and stakeholder communication in the relevant market language
• Track budgets, SLAs and KPIs to drive commercial excellence and service improvement
• Influence, inspire and collaborate across teams, agencies and client stakeholders
• Identify growth, innovation and best-practice opportunities across the EMEA Hub
