Job summary

BP Retail is seeking a customer service assistant to join our team in a fast-paced retail setting. You will help customers, work with colleagues, and support with promotions and loyalty schemes. Training will be provided online and on the job to develop the necessary skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise safety of yourself, colleagues and customers in line with bp policies.
• Serve customers efficiently and meet their needs promptly.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with bp beliefs.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks at Wild Bean Café.
• Take deliveries, replenish stock and manage stock tasks.
• Support bp offers, promotions and loyalty schemes.
• Carry out cleaning duties across store, facilities and forecourt.
