Job summary

BP Retail is hiring a Customer Service Assistant in the United Kingdom. You will welcome customers, help with their needs and contribute to a friendly, efficient store environment. Training will be provided both online and on the job.

You will work in a fast-paced retail setting, serving Wild Bean Café items, handling deliveries, stocking shelves, and supporting promotions and loyalty schemes. Applicants from 16+ are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Safety of yourself, colleagues and customers in line with bp policies
• Serve customers efficiently and meet their needs promptly
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
• Prepare and serve food and drinks from our Wild Bean Café
• Take deliveries, replenish stock and manage stock
• Support bp offers, promotions and loyalty schemes
• Carry out cleaning duties in store, facilities and forecourt
