Job summary

BP Retail is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to help customers in our busy store and Wild Bean Café. You will serve customers, prepare drinks and light foods, take deliveries, and ensure stock is replenished.

We welcome applicants from 16+ and will provide online and on‑the‑job training to help you develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible hours and a range of benefits are on offer to support your wellbeing and career progression.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard safety of yourself, colleagues and customers per bp policies.
• Serve customers efficiently and meet their needs promptly.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment in line with bp beliefs.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks from our Wild Bean Café.
• Take deliveries, replenish stock and stock management tasks.
• Support bp’s offers, promotions and bp loyalty scheme.
• Carry out cleaning duties in store, facilities and forecourt.
