Job summary

bp retail is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at the heart of our customer-facing operation. You’ll help customers, assist at the Wild Bean Café, and support stock replenishment to keep the store running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Safety of yourself, colleagues, and customers as top priority.
• Serve customers efficiently and address needs promptly.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks from the Wild Bean Café.
• Take deliveries, replenish stock and manage stock.
• Support bp’s offers, promotions and loyalty scheme.
• Carry out cleaning duties in store, facilities and forecourt.
