BP Retail is hiring a customer service assistant to join a fast-paced retail team in Worcester. You will be trained online and on-the-job to deliver excellent service and handle daily store tasks.

Role involves serving customers, maintaining food and beverage standards at the Wild Bean Café, and supporting stock and promotions with bp loyalty schemes. We support flexible hours and career progression within bp retail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of yourself, colleagues and customers in line with bp policies.
• Serve customers efficiently and promptly to meet their needs.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with bp beliefs.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks from the Wild Bean Café.
• Receive deliveries, replenish stock and manage stock levels.
• Promote bp offers, promotions and bp loyalty scheme proactively.
• Perform cleaning duties in store, facilities and forecourt.
