Job summary

BP Retail is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support customers in a fast-paced store environment. You will be part of a collaborative team with online and on‑the‑job training provided to develop the skills needed to excel in the role.

You will prepare and serve items from the Wild Bean Café, manage deliveries and stock, promote BP offers and loyalty schemes, and maintain a clean, welcoming store in line with BP beliefs. Applicants welcome from 16+

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.
• No prior retail experience required; online and on‑the‑job training provided.
• Training to develop the skills and capabilities needed to perform your bp role.

Responsibilities

• Safety of yourself, colleagues and customers is the top priority per bp policies.
• Serve customers efficiently to meet their needs promptly.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment per bp beliefs.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks from Wild Bean Café.
• Take deliveries, replenish stock and manage stock.
• Support bp offers, promotions and loyalty scheme proactively.
• Carry out cleaning duties across the store, facilities and forecourt.
