Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager in the Clydebank area. The role involves running a busy WBAC branch, buying cars, handling appraisals, negotiating prices and delivering exceptional customer service to customers and partners.

You will work a 25.5-hour week on a 3-on/4-off rotational pattern, with weekend work. A strong focus on targets, diarised appointments and teamwork is essential, with benefits including bonuses and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars as part of the role and ensure efficient branch operation; act as main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and manage diary to secure appointments and hit targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with back office and colleagues.
• Assist transport department when not buying cars.

About The Role

Job:Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £16,920 per year

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours:You will work 25.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 3 days on 4 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
