Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager in Livingston to lead branch operations, manage customer relationships and drive sales targets. You will oversee appraisals, pricing, and close deals while ensuring exceptional service.

The role requires a current UK driving licence, strong communication and IT skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Weekend shifts and a rotating pattern are included as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Strong IT and administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure efficient branch operations; you are the main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Conduct appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and support transport as required.
• When not buying cars, assist the transport department as needed.

About The Role

Job:Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
