Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager in Ilkeston. The role is 25.5 hours per week on a rotational pattern of 3 days on, 4 days off, with weekend work. Salary is £16,920 per year plus a fantastic monthly and annual bonus based on company performance.

You will lead branch sales, manage appointments, perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, and deliver excellent customer service while coordinating with back-office and transport teams as required.

Qualifications

• Current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and independently.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure smooth branch operation; main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and manage diary to secure appointments and meet targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Liaise with back-office and colleagues; assist transport department when needed.

About The Role

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
